The one on one time that an appointment gives you provides allows for a better experience all around. Time slots book up about 1-2 weeks in advance depending on the day. We will always accomodate as soon as the schedule allows,

or just stop down,

Tuesday through Saturday we are open 11-5. 

For our out of state & over seas clientelle,

extended booking times as well as virtual appointments through ZOOM or Facetime are available upon request.  Appointments are made Wednesday-Saturday 11-5. During your hour appointment one of our hatters will assist you in shopping, consulting about a repair, fitting or helping to design your custom hat. 

Located in Milwaukee Wisconsin. We are home to 3 of about 15 Master Hatters left in the United States. Using 100 year old equipment from the countries oldest hat shop located in Detroit, our work is shipped world wide and has been seen on screens, stages, celebrities, musicians and best dressed people alike.

We sell hats from other makers and mass producers such as Bailey, Stetson, Dobbs, Kangol, Cappas, New York Hat Company and many more.  We also feature our in house made hats. A constantly changing variety of hats is on display and available for purchase.  Our custom made hats are made to order after a consultation and measuring appointment. Generally a 4-6 week turn around , times vary depending on the length of our wait list. Secure your spot as early as possible.

In a world of online sales, it stopped us from being able to assure that our customers can receive a level of service similar to walking through our doors. It is because of these reasons that we decided to stop all online sales. All we ask is that you call us instead. We ship world wide, and can take payment over the phone, but you will need to talk with an actual person if you would like to order from us.
